Ticketmaster Ireland has announced Ticketmaster Fresh, a new monthly initiative designed to support and spotlight emerging Irish artists across Ticketmaster’s channels. The first act selected for 2026 is Dublin-based indie post-punk band Croíthe.
How Ticketmaster Fresh works
- One Ireland-based artist is selected each month and featured across Ticketmaster’s platforms to help build audience reach and support ticket sales.
- Applications are open, with artists able to apply directly through Ticketmaster Ireland.
- To be eligible, artists must be Irish or based in Ireland, and must have a show on sale via Ticketmaster or Universe.
- Each monthly selection is automatically nominated for the Ticketmaster Award for Fresh New Irish Act, with the winner decided by fan vote at year-end.
About Croíthe
Croíthe have been building momentum with a dark, emotive indie sound, citing influences including The Fall, The Cure, and The Stone Roses. Their debut EP A Brief Respite reached No. 1 on Ireland’s Best-Selling Independent Chart and No. 11 on the Official Independent Albums Chart.
Upcoming live dates mentioned in the announcement:
- Kasbah Social Club, Limerick — Friday 13 March
- Whelan’s, Dublin — 14 March
Wider grassroots support
Ticketmaster also confirmed an extended partnership with Tilt, Dublin’s long-running full-band showcase event, positioning it as part of their broader commitment to Ireland’s grassroots live ecosystem. The next Tilt edition is set for 23 March at The Button Factory (with free tickets available via Ticketmaster).
