Music Leaders Network opens applications for 2026 cohort

Transformational leadership programme for women, trans and non-binary music professionals is now open to applicants across Europe, with applications closing on Friday 5 June.

Co-founded by Remi Harris MBE and Tamara Gal-On, Music Leaders Network is aimed at mid-career professionals with 5 to 25 years of experience in the music industry. The five-month programme runs from September 2026 to January 2027 and is designed to support participants in developing leadership skills, confidence, self-awareness and stronger peer networks across the sector.

The programme combines two full in-person days in London, eight 90-minute live online workshops, five one-to-one executive coaching sessions, learning circles, written and video resources, and ongoing access to a wider alumni network. Participants are expected to commit an average of around 90 minutes per week over the course of the programme.

Music Leaders Network says its alumni now includes more than 100 participants from across the music industry, including professionals from FUGA, Polydor, PPL, PRS for Music, September Management, Blue Raincoat Music and AIM Ireland, alongside freelance music creators. The 2026 cohort will continue that cross-sector, peer-supported approach, with the programme positioned as a space for leadership development, reflection and long-term professional connection.

A place on the programme is listed at £6,000 plus applicable sales tax, with a limited number of bursary places at £4,000 + VAT available for artists, people working in registered charities, and self-employed applicants funding their own place. Music Leaders Network also notes that interviews and offers are made on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

Prospective applicants can find further information, FAQs and the application form through the Music Leaders Network website. The programme also offers flexibility in the application process, with some sections able to be completed by video for those who find written applications a barrier.
