With under one week to go until AIM Connects 2026, AIM Ireland has added more speakers to the line-up and shared a broader look at the conversations set to shape this year’s event at Whelan’s on Wednesday 27 May.

New additions to the programme include George Ergatoudis, Gary Cohen, Phil Magee, Jess Kelly, Beta Da Silva, Bekah Molony, Enda Gogarty and Adam O’Regan, joining a wider cross-section of voices from across music, media, management, retail and the independent sector.

The latest programme sets the day’s direction, with sessions focused on the practical realities of building and sustaining music careers in 2026. Topics due to be discussed include music rights and revenues, artist discovery, long-term management, the impact of AI, brand partnerships, vinyl-led campaign strategy, and the future of Ireland’s night-time economy.

The event will also feature keynote interviews with Niamh Byrne of Eleven Management and Jay Pidgeon of Purple Wall Management, alongside panels and presentations aimed at giving attendees useful insight into how the independent sector is adapting to change.
