EMMA has launched its annual European Music Managers Survey, and AIM Ireland is encouraging managers across our network to take part.
The survey aims to build a clearer picture of the working lives of music managers in Europe. It looks at the realities of a profession that sits at the centre of a fast-changing music industry, including areas such as artist development, touring, mental health, funding, streaming and internationalisation.
Data gathered through the survey will help improve understanding of the conditions under which managers work, and will support future work to strengthen the profession across Europe.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete. Sensitive questions can be skipped, and the survey is available in seven languages.
The European Music Managers Survey is a cooperative and jointly funded effort by EMMA and the University of Agder through CreaTeMe.
Managers are invited to complete the survey by 1 August.
